FEARLESS DREAMERS Construction Training Program (Youth Division) is a catalyst against the disproportion of vocational training in our public school system. Our passion is to bring the trades to our children in the community, schools, institutions, and the penal facilities. So that we can combat the “ School-Prison-Pipeline”, and allow OUR children to dream, and have some hope against systemic racism, recidivism and gang violence. We have a unique model, we teach the adult instructors how to teach the high school teens, and we teach the teens how to teach the middle school students. We also, have a monthly workshop that we teach primary students the craft. Our program is unequivocally the epitome of the term “Each one-teach one”.
